It looks great on my counter and makes me feel fancy when I use it! I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a classy, compact, quick way to make espresso at home.

Wow! Life changing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not very familiar with the Nespresso brand before I received this machine. I just had no clue what I had been missing! This machine makes it so very easy to now make my favorite cappuccino or lattes at home. I have been beyond impressed with this machine. My teenage girls are in love also. They now are making coffee several times a day for themselves! It’s so easy to use. We each can adjust our own brewing setting or milk froth to our taste. The Nespresso pods have a great robust flavor. I’ve purchased several different types of syrups and we are making coffee shop taste drinks in our own home for half the price! I also find myself brewing several black espressos during the day. Haha! Even the taste of the plain black is just delicious!
The self cleaning steam wand is also a plus to this machine. I just can’t think of one bad con to tell you about this machine. I highly recommend this espresso machine. It has been a complete game changer to this family and our love for coffee!

Incredible Flavors & Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in love with this machine! Prior to this we were using the Competitor’s. Single Serve Coffee, Latte & Cappuccino maker. We thought we loved it...until we met the Nespresso Creatista Pro. Game over!
***FLAVOR*** The flavor of Nespresso coffee for lattes beats the competition by a landslide! It's not even close. We especially like the Caramelito and Nicaragua flavors.
***EASE OF USE*** Initially my wife was intimidated by the many options on the Nespresso- beverage choice, coffee volume, milk temp, etc., but the machine is user friendly and she learned quickly and easily. We saved our personalized drinks (under our names, how cool is that?!), so we press one button to make our favorite lattes every morning. Plus it's pretty cool that we can change it up and also offer guests the option to personalize their drinks as well.
***SANITATION*** We hesitated at first with this machine, as we were concerned with wand sanitation. My wife is a prior barista and says that cleaning a wand *properly* can be a chore, because you need big thick washcloths on hand to catch the hot water/steam for internal cleaning and to wipe down the exterior of the hot wand without burning your hand. This is one of the reasons we thought we'd like the The Competitor better, because the milk frother doesn't have a wand (BTW, we were wrong). We were thrilled to learn that this machine has a self-cleaning feature built in for the interior of the wand! After every use the machine runs a self-cleaning cycle, spraying hot water into the drip pan. The exterior of the wand is also easier to clean that most machines, because the wand doesn't get hot (magic). You can simply use a thin kitchen towel, paper towel, or napkin to quickly wipe off the milk. Finally, the machine monitors automatically when the wand needs an extra cleaning and provides the tool to do so. I'm telling you, my wife was so grumpy about this when she saw there was a tool involved- she assumed it would be a lot of work and did NOT want another chore for us to do around the house- BUT, when we did the manual cleaning for the first time we realized this is SO EASY. The manual says it takes 10 minutes, but I'd say this is a conservative estimate. This is not a big deal, and not a big chore, it's so so easy. Generally speaking, you can rest assured that this machine is clean and sanitary because of the amazing cleaning features.
***FOAM*** Before I review the foam, I should disclose that we use milk alternatives, not dairy milk. I think the experience is probably very different for cow's milk, so I recommend you check out other reviews on this subject if you're not in the non-dairy camp. That said, the only area where this machine is not 100% perfect is the foam. It's not as smooth a microfoam as created by the The Competitor’s Single Serve with the built in foam whipping mechanism. At first we were using a 50/50 Almond/Coconut milk blend and the foam bubbles were huge. We switched to solely Coconut milk and it's improved, but still not the silky microfoam we love. However this is Breville, and they know what they're doing, so we are optimistic. Even with the The Competitor, we found that different brands of the same type of milk foamed up differently...so we're going to experiment with other brands of almond/coconut and we're also going to try Oatmilk next!!
***OVERALL*** If you are a true coffee lover, this machine is well worth the investment. It's top of the line, and makes spectacular coffee. The customization and cleaning features are next-level. LOVE IT!

There are 9 different types of coffee to choose from, on the digital touch screen with pictures included. It has built automatic frothing that is so nice because you don't have to fight with the separate one. I haven't found any flaws in this machine yet and I have been using it for over a month, several times a day. Super easy to use

The machine is easy to set up, use, and clean. It also isn’t to heavy, bulky, or large. The design is modern and sleek. I would highly recommend this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a first time owner of any type of Nespresso machine so I wasn't sure what to expect but it did not disappoint! There are so many customizable options to help you build your perfect espresso. Not only is the machine very high quality but it also performs quickly and on point every.single.time. It made 5 drinks in under 5 minutes. I may never go to a coffee shop again! I would recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect in home cafe-like experience. It was also very easy to use (I was very afraid I wouldn't be able to figure it out as a newbie.)

I have a coffee addiction and I drink probably 3 or 4 a day!! I must say I haven't bought one since I got the machine. I was worried it would take to long or be difficult to do it. Boy was I wrong. It is extremely easy to operate and the step by step digital guide makes it super easy. The quality of the coffee and the drinks it makes are fantastic. I highly recommend to all the coffee lovers out there.

It was amazingly easy to set up (never made my own espresso or cappuccino) and it wakes you through making it in easy to follow steps. I love the coffee options available for different strengths and flavors of coffe as well. I would highly recommend the Creatista Pro to anyone wanting an easy to use espresso maker.
