A blessing and a curse .... OK, more of a blessing than anything

I received my first Oracle Touch quickly. The setup was easy and fairly intuitive. A bit of internet searching and I tuned the grind for a great cup. Honestly, my wife and I loved the machine.
Just under 3 months of ownership suddenly the machine wouldn't turn on. Check GFI (GFI good but no go), try other circuits (still nothing). Since it is 100% DOA (none of the symptoms on the internet), I assume it is a random issue (things happen when you make stuff). The replacement is in transit and I anticipate no issues moving forward. I am excited to receive the new unit so I can once again enjoy the amazing coffee it produces.
All things considered, I would recommend this product. The coffee is great and the company stands behind its products. Purchase with confidence and enjoy a great looking and a great performing machine.

I purchased this about a month ago and have been very happy with it overall. this is my second one only because the first one had an issue with the steam wand. It makes a Cafe quality espresso and the steamed milk is amazing. The build quality is impressive and I love how it looks. Expensive and high tech.

I absolutely LOVE this machine!! I've been buying Starbucks coffee until my husband decided it was enough supporting big companies and time to make everyone coffee and lattes at home so he bought me the Oracle touch and that was the best thing he bought me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine, we make coffees everyday few times a day!!

I had the Dual Boiler but it failed and needed a repair. I was offered a discount on the Touch and took it. Could not be happier. The machine is a huge upgrade from the Dual Boiler and makes way more consistent shots. So glad I stuck with Breville.
