This makes delicious coffee and steamed milk. I steam oat milk (Calista) and almond milk (homemade) with great results. The instructions for maintenance are easy to follow. This machine works hard and doesn't stop to tell me to "refill water" or "clean group head" every time I brew like my last machine did. It is easy to see when the water or beans are low so I never have a brew cycle interrupted.What a nice change from my former machine (another brand).

Worth It! Love it! Authentic cafe-style espresso! After spending two years in Australia and falling head over heels with their coffee, I no longer need to travel to New Zealand (my Aussie and Kiwi mates would think I was off my rocker (I had to revise my text to a more PC version) for saying this) for a cuppa. However, you don't need to reason to head down under! Great support from the company, and awesome videos for the newly inducted, though I still need a tremendous amount of help with my latte art. This machine is fantastic! Easy to clean and operate, especially with the integrated grinder and auto-tamper, suitable for my other "no skill barista" family members. Thank you, Breville, for your brilliant and delicious work!

The parts for my machine had an extreme delay, so Breville informed me that I could get a free upgrade to the latest machine which I gladly accepted! Love this company! Way to stand by your products!
