I was experiencing an issue with my Breville Oracle Touch (which I believe was of my own doing) I contacted customer support which was very helpful. Breville made my return super easy and convenient which I find is pretty uncommon these days. I sent my Oracle Touch in for repair however to my surprise Breville sent me a brand-new Oracle Touch. Not only did I receive a new machine, I received it extremely fast! I already own several Breville products, however I am so impressed with their excellent customer service that I will be a Breville customer for life! Thank You Breville!
