Makes a great coffee drink. There are some glitches in the SW. Panel goes black for noe reason on occasion. I recycle the on/off switch and it goes away.
Happy with the product especially since I can make a better cup of Latte than Starbucks with the Oracle.

I love Breville customer support and I am a loyal fan. I have had Barista Express, Barista Touch and now Oracle. Barista Express was my favorite from the point of control over your shot. However you can not beat the dual boiler.
Pros:
1. The shot extraction is to perfection!
2. The milk frother is amazing; my latte art is finally shaping up after years of using different machines.
3. Did I mention the dual boiler is necessary even for a household use?
4. The grind size and foam dials although rarely used are very conveniently located and has a clean design. This machine has the best design in my opinion. I never got used to Barista Touch even after 18 months use. This is very close to Barista Express in dials and control.

Cons:
I love this machine and the only reason that I have given it 4 start is two reasons:
1. You don't have much control over the amount of your grind. Almost None!
2. I was also expecting that Breville would consider the geeky baristas in their Oracle design; the type that they want to tamper the grind themselves.
I have researched #1 and as annoying as it sound, there is no solution for it. Regarding #2 I think you could use your own grinder and buy a tamper so that you can tamp the grind yourself!!!

It there is a problem with the heating element. It often overheats. Do not leave on when not using machine.
