“Good when it works. When it doesn’t work. The fun begins.
If when or in the event this machine works, it makes exquisite coffee. Unfortunately it broke down, and Breville attempted to extort me a ridiculous amount to fix it. Would not recommend this or any Breville product as a result.”

Very disappointing

After fixing the machine trough Breville one year ago, the machine start doing a lot of noises and the water not working properly. I have a softener in my home and I clean the machine every 200 shots. ( clean and descal).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This does it all and does it well! I’ll miss my Silvia, but she took forever to warm up and never gave me such dark, thick, creamy espresso as the Oracle does.
The only reason I dropped a star is because the machine is too tall to fit under my standard cabinets—measure before you buy, 18” is tall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loud Buzzing - water leaking

Our Oracle has been a good product overall. However, lately we have run into a common defect with these expensive machines. The machine emits a very loud buzzing noise (even with the unit off). It also now leaks water from the portafilter head when hot water is dispensed. We cannot get anyone to respond easily. One hour wait on hold and then they closed.
