We have multiple of this unit due to the performance. We have had to pay special attention to water quality and our own maintenance procedure. There are several things that due to extensive use required maintenance and more diligence on our side however the management team stood behind the product and demonstrated their commitment to customer support and satisfaction. Like other products from this manufacturer - great quality and UI.
We have owned a previous Oracle espresso machine for 10 years, but recently it stopped working. We got a new one and are so thrilled to have it back in our life. We have gotten really attached to not having to drive everyday to purchase our latte's. I would highly recommend this machine.

This is my second Oracle first is about 7 years old and starting to have issues. Using the exact same settings coffee as old coffee absolutely no creama and about 5 ounces of water compared to 3 ounce pour with perfect crema. (started at grind of 30). After hours of adjustments down to a grind of 9 for a pour that matches old machine. Unfortunately not much assistance from support. I love this machine which is why I got another not sure why issues with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this machine! We use it every day. Some days we make Americano's and some we make lattes. It's a perfect cup every time! We have mastered some of our favorite drinks we used to get out at coffee shops. So happy with this machine and the Breville name.
It’s an ok coffee maker. This is our third one. Wish they would make them last longer. Each one has lasted about 3 years and then has mechanical failure.
