Having a Breville Espresso Machine in my home has made our home even cozier with the ability to make lattes and so much more at a moment's notice. The Oracle touch is the perfect machine for us, it has enough flexibility for the nerd in me to fiddle with and simple enough for my wife to easily make her lattes. The coffee is hands down as good or better than our local coffee houses.

Fabulous customer experience and fabulous Breville Oracle

I’ve had a Breville Oracle for well over 10 years. It delivers the best Expresso and lattes. Yes these machines are like a high performance race car. They need regular maintenance and do malfunction from time to time.
I have found the customer service at Breville to be really good. It may take a couple days to hear back, but they stand behind their products and will repair or replace as necessary. This is the reason I will never leave Breville!

I struggle with this type of purchase. Looking at the features, trying to pick out what exactly I want and then I ponder and ponder some more. For this purchase it was over 6 months. Trying to find the right combination of features.
However, the Oracle with its dual boiler, makes perhaps the best flat white you can ever have at home. The shots are excellent. So far, the grinder and tamper have been flawless. The included knock box was sort of a surprise but definitely a need. For the person that wants a semi-automatic but doesn't have the time or patience to work on the grinding tamping skills this is the machine! Amazingly good and consistent!
