Great machine that has transformed our daily coffee experience. Very adjustable in terms of dialing in grind, etc. It would be great to have more data on what various customization options do (re: tamp time and pressure, brew pressure, steam boiler defaults, etc.).

I can't say enough great things about Breville and the Oracle. I purchased mine in 2016 and use it multiple times daily. It got tired and needed work. I paid Breville what they asked, about 20% of the original price. Evidently it couldn't be fixed, or fixed efficiently. They sent me a new machine! I didn't even ask this, mine was WAY past the original 2 year warranty. What a great company! I recently purchased a second machine for our family home, and also a Breville toaster oven. All great products, and what a GREAT COMPANY!

We've had our Oracle for five years. It has been a reliable and hard-working appliance for us. One thing to know is that the machine should be descaled on a regular basis - more frequently than what is stated in the manufacturer's information We've had a few repairs and the service from Breville is outstanding. On our last repair, our machine was deemed unrepariable and it was replaced under the service warranty. Thank you Breville! We've extended our Breville appliances to a microwave and food processor too. They're the best!
