I contacted Breville Customer Service and explained how I followed the procedures to repair my Oracle espresso machine. I was asked to return it and have the service experts examine it. After a few weeks a brand new machine was sent to me. Simply amazing service.

We decided to splurge and get this machine, after purchasing the breville bambino for our camper. We loved how the bambino made our coffee. It was better than our main espresso maker we have been using the past 4-5 years. After our camping trip, we brought the bambino into the house to use. We decided to upgrade to another Breville, for our daily espresso maker. The Oracle, has made a huge difference in our experience! It is so convenient, with the automatic grind/tamp feature. We no longer struggle with trying to assess if we adequately tamped our grounds. The drink selection is a nice feature. The milk frother is great! I can put my milk in the pitcher and walk away. I come back and it’s done. I can’t say enough about how great this machine is. Well worth the money!
