The Oracle touch is the perfect machine for us, it has enough flexibility for the nerd in me to fiddle with and simple enough for my wife to easily make her lattes. The coffee is hands down as good or better than our local coffee houses.

This machine is simply great. The dual boiler means it never runs out of steam. You can set it running and get other things done like put the milk back in the fridge while it's heating the milk and either grinding or making expresso for you. Once it finishes in about 30 seconds just need to add milk and it's ready to drink. Great machine. I still feel in control with this, not like the button pushing machines.
