so far this machine has been great i often love an americano and this makes it easy and equally easy if you want a Latte with the automatic milk steaming and while you cant always dial this machine in perfectly its very easy to get it close!!

Best espresso machine I've ever owned (and I've owned several)

I have owned several espresso machines, all semiautomatic or fully automatic. Some of them were messy to deal with, spilling grounds on the counter, while one brewed "warm" coffee with no temperature adjustment, and all requiring the removal of the water container for filling. The design of the Oracle solves all of these issues allowing user adjustment of most of the processes involved in brewing a great coffee. I'm able to make better mocha lattes than most of the public coffee houses. The frothing of milk is the best I've encountered and the ceramic burr grinder does a great job grinding and tamping the beans. I would definitely recommend this machine and the "after-the-sale" support is outstanding.

This machine makes the prefect espresso and milk based espresso beverages. The only thing you need to play with is the grind size and the machine does all of the rest. Watch a few videos and it's easy to use/clean. The only drawback I can find is that my wife likes decaf and I like regular so after I have my two coffees in the morning we have to switch the beans which can mean wasting some grinds to make sure she doesn't get any regular beans in hers. You can either toss those or I keep those in a separate container and make pour over with them and just add milk from the machine.

I have been a barista for many years, and since retiring, have used different coffee makers including pod machines which have not produced cafe quality coffee. This unit is easy to use and produces consistent quality coffees, The auto/manual steamer textures to perfection. As someone who has at least 6 coffees a day, I could not be happier with this machine. The Oracle can easily be adjusted to suit different tastes, strength, and temperature. It is so easy that even a novice like my wife is happy to use it to make her coffee rather than buy one at the cafe. I've shown the Oracle to my son and daughter-in-law whom have decided to purchase one to replace their existing automatic coffee maker.
