This is an extraordinary machine. It’s simplicity to operate along with a diverse number of settings allow you to fine tune it’s function to produce an amazing coffee drink. We have also been very impressed with the support Breville has provided in the midst of the pandemic. Love it and would buy it again!

Good machine bad warranty service

I love this machine but it broke after two years and outside of warranty. I inquired with breville who simply sent me a list of where I can take it to get repaired and that they would not cover any costs. My previous and much much cheaper machine lasted 6 years. It is disappointing that such an expensive machine would break so quickly and not be covered by breville.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The coffee machine is excellent. We eventually had an issue with it outside of the warranty period, but Breville Customer Support offered to fix it for free. I will definitely keep buying Breville.

The Oracle is probably the single best latte machine available on earth. It automatically frost and it automatically grinds in tamps. So all you’re doing is adjusting the grind with all else being equal so you get a perfect cup every time. And their customer service is second to none.
