Bought a new laptop but it has issues . My laptop gets over heated and doesn’t turn on.

Also, for overheating, we recommend making sure your device is kept clean as well as ensuring that it is kept in the right place so that airflow is not restricted.

I love this computer. It’s sleek and had a a good desolate. My only reason for not giving it a fifth star is because randomly the laptop shuts off and I have to reset it, even when the battery is sufficiently charged. It takes time to reboot and since I’m a student can be a real inconvenience.

Its priced really well, the touch screen is great, it is super durable. I have one I bought about 5 years ago and it still works fine but my 2yo jumped on it a few months ago which cracked the screen, still works though, now she has her own laptop lol
