So don’t let the reviews and answers mislead you. This model don’t come with pen and not sure if it’s worth all rave reviews. I contacted customer service that this practice of showing review of fancier/pricier model is misleading. Service was horrible that they were shuffling me around between sales and tech that they had no way of logging my complaint. and then they didn’t respond in middle of our chat session. Very unprofessional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product and terrible service. The Ideapad has a fragile feel to it and is not suitable for a regular commute. The WiFi adapter started going out intermittently within a week of receiving the product, but then would come back. After having the product for five weeks I attempted a return, but since I passed the 30 day mark (because I worked with tech support), Lenovo would not support a return.
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hate to give such a bad review but this device is horrible :/ it’s constantly freezes then restarts its self. As a student, I’ve had to restart multiple assignments due to a this issue.
