[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It didn’t start off good & I almost sent the computer back. PC Matic does not work on this computer. It caused the blue screen to come up. Once we got it back up we had a issue getting the battery to charge but figured out it wasn’t the computer! Everything has been working good. Ended up buying another Anti-Virus software & everything is good!
