I am very happy with my Lexie hearing aids. I initially had a bunch of questions but the video chat function for customer support is excellent!

Love the Bose B2. Easy to set up, very clear directions. My wife loves them more than I do because I'm no longer saying "What did you say?"

I was a happy owner of the discontinued Bose hearing aids until one of them had an issue . Bose was nice enuf to refund . THEN came Lexie , who has partnered with Bose . The Lexie's makes me just as happy , but they also satisfy the one complaint I had with the Bose ...they weren't rechargeable . Now I've got it ALL , and I'm a happy camper . BTW , the Lexie's are comfortable as well . I can highly recommend . Good product for a good price .

There great. My 6k aids broke so I went with Lexie. They are alot better les back ground noise, comfortable to where. Great customer service. Thanks

My hearing problem is more like moderate to severe but the prohibitive cost of conventional hearing aids made me seek other solutions. I had a pair of Bose before they were taken in by Lexie and loved them. Being able to adjust them on a phone app is amazing and offers many different settings. Unfortunately the Bose pair I had went bad but they refunded my purchase price and directed me to Lexie. Meanwhile I ordered a pair from another OTC company and was disappointed in the performance and the inability to adjust in an app. They had 4 preset settings and 5 volume level adjustments, all on the the earpiece. They too refunded my purchase price and I ordered the Lexie B2 powered by Bose and am very satisfied. I have a difficult time with some consonant sounds but the ability to adjust the treble takes care of most of that. I’m back to hearing much better again and not annoying friends and family with the huhs? And what did you say? I can enjoy music again and hear the lyrics and subtleties of instruments and the sounds of nature I have been missing for so long. The sound on the TV is set much lower now and I can understand the dialog much better.
