Do not work consistently. The left hearing aid will jump from a volume of 40 to 90 or 100 at any time. Often, but not always, I need to power off, put back in the charger and start again. Very time consuming and not reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had them before and was hesitant about going to Doctor as they advised I needed cochlear implants due to inner ear problems. I figured these would be my second option and without knowing whether they would help or not I was willing to take the risk.. they work really well, I do need to offset the balance to one ear so they I can hear better on that side.. the app and functionality is super.. easy to adjust to your needs.. they take a little getting used to in the ear canal but soon becomes unnoticeable..helped me immensely
