I have tried cheaper hearing aids (actually amplifiers) in the past, and all they did was to make all sounds louder (including background noise). I still could not understand people speaking to me, especially with other noise in the room. I purchase Lexie B2 hearing aids last week. They arrived within 3 days, and were easy to set up, including the android phone app. It is remarkable how much clearer the sound was using these units. I am still adjusting the balance and volume on them, but they are clearly great hearing aids. Part of that is because the speakers are at the end of the "sound tubes" in my ear canal, not in the unit behind my ears (and then transmits the sound down to my ears through a clear tube. Makes a world of difference. A suggestion for improvements on the phone app: 1) have the app remember your inital screen responses, so you do not need to enter them each time you use the app (logging on, selecting the model you have, etc.). So far I am very pleased with the hearing aids. Lexie offers a discount for users if they particiate in a program to get used to the aids.

I am VERY pleased with how easy it was to get accustomed to using my Lexie hearing aids! They are extremely comfortable to use and incredibly easy to adjust with the app! My family is probably even happier than I am.

I would give you a 4, I had no trouble setting the hearig aids up, the only thing I don't necessarily like is that the app takes several steps to connect.

Great service. I needed longer tubes and they shipped immediately. I value service and quality. Would definitely purchase the B-2s again. Love the charging feature.
