Hear much better than I did with previous hearing aids. More comfortable also. Only complaint is can’t stream music or phone. Happy with the hearing aids and support folks.

The last Bose were great but the batteries were a big drawback. the new recharging units, while not Apple, are “ I can live with this“ improvement. Bose was recommended by hospital audiologist. Returned first pair to Bose because of battery replacement issues. The new ones work just the way I would expect a product from Bose to work. The improvement in my hearing is interestingly good. Thanks.

I have only had them about 2 weeks and so far they are really worth it. What used to sound muffled listening to TV or family talking nearby now sounds clear. It takes a couple days to get used to the feel but that's an easy adjustment. A representative from the company called to help w any problems. He was very patient as I checked a few things. I have my phone linked so I can change the volume, bass/treble easily.

Wow! I hear things now that I have not heard in years. I sit in a wooden chair at the dinner table, and did not know how bad it creake until I started wearing my hearing aid, darn if I think it ready to fall part,LOL!

I have had them for two weeks and they have been great. Customer service has also been great, I have big ears and needed #3 receiver wires and they sent them right away no hassles. Really nice to hear….
