Great out of the box. Plugged in the charger, read the instruction book and had my Lexie in my ears in about 2 hours. Wear them daily (except to bed and shower). Instruction manual easy to follow particularly as compared to other gizmos I have. B2 best purchase I have made in many, many years.

Well made, comfortable, very good service. I did have more feedback squeal than I expected and although the aids definitely made certain sounds, e.g. bird songs, more audible, they did not seem to improve my understanding of conversation very much.

I had previously had trial hearings of Lexie completion, but much more costly. There are differences to that competitor and Lexie whose cost more than I would pay. Albeit, as retired and managing funds found Lexie B2 Bose performed great in the 3 months I’ve had them. If you want to spend more is your decision, but hope you read this.
