[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Considered the product to be top notch. My hearing is so bad that I need a more powerful instrument.
I switched from Eargo to Lexie and am quite satisfied. Had 2 sets of Eargo and battery probl3ms with both as well as the very high cost of replacment parts.
The Lexie B2 were my first hearing aid. I have moderate hearing loss, and found the Lexie B2 to be very comfortable (I wore them 10 hours straight the first day). The app made it easy to adjust it for various conditions (everyday, crowds, outdoor, etc). The only complaints is that the power buttons sometime activate by themselves. I also lost the cleaning brush within the first couple of weeks. The brush should have a storage place in the charging case possibly held in place with a magnet.
I have worn hearing aides for over ten years and I’ve tried many different styles and brands. Lexie caught my eye and I decided to give them a try. They are so comfortable, I hardly know I have them in. I charge them every night so they are ready when I wake up to start my day. No longer am I asking my husband to repeat himself - I hear everything clearly. Being able to adjust them myself in different environments is icing on the cake. Thank you Lexie for marking an exceptional product.
