They are easy, lightweight, practically invisible and very clear. The app really helps define the volume at a glance which is also helpful. And the price point is right on! I returned VERY high priced ones and have equal customer support, satisfaction and savings.
As they are by Bose, I am sure hooking up with music and videos will be next. Within the time frame for a new set the technology will definitely be there!

My Lexie aids are great. They fit fine and allow me to control the volume in each ear independently. I like that they are rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about bringing batteries with me when I travel.

I was impressed with the quality and feel of the B2, being able to adjust it myself made all the difference. Much like my hearing loss, I started with a small adjustment and gradually increased it to the level I needed, using headphones and a hearing test site. I was surprised how much I had been missing. The app is less than acceptable, needing to contact the site to start with, and only hooking up to the b2 about half the time unless I turned them off and on. If they fixed the app it would be 5 stars.

Great fit. I've had traditional hearing aids for over 30 years. Lexie fits better than they ever did. I also hear better with them. I love that I can adjust how sensitive they are for picking up voices. For example. I find it amazing that people who know that you have a problem hearing often will talk in a whisper to you. With Lexie I can adjust them to pick up what they are saying. Lexie is the best!

These hearing aids don't reconnect with the phone

Pairing between the phone and the aids gets lost as soon as you close the app on the phone. So if you wish to control the aids later, you have to go through several pairing steps and adjustments from scratch, pressing those minuscule buttons, moving aids in and out of the charging box, etc

Easy to download and be able to work app. I found their instructions and videos geared for someone who is not good with complicated tech stuff (me) Customer service is excellent. They called me to see how I was doing with them. They were pleasant and walked me thru the use of environment settings. I didn’t quite grasp how to use them.
Only one thing I would like to see improved; when they are turned up to higher volumes, there is more of a tin staticky sound. Adjusting to the most bass didn’t change this. I asked and I had it set as good as possible.
I absolutely recommend these. Great value for the cost. Love the rechargeable batteries. So worth the low additional cost. After researching other brands I believe this is the best value.
I can hear but have trouble with understanding certain sounds. It’s important for me to hear the entire sentence to know what someone says. These have resolved my problem.
I did not have trouble getting use to them. I have to be careful because I forget I have them in. I have long hair and bruising can catch on wire and pull them out. Boise has a deserved excellent reputation which was instrumental in me trying these. I was not disappointed.
