I am reviewing this for my partner who has purchased Lexie after a 45 day free trail. The following are the issues he had. 1.Slow pairing with iPhone app. Very aggravating when he wanted to make quick changes to the levels. 2."Turning ON" was an issue as he could not hear the test beep to tell it was ON. 3.Clunky design with his eye glasses…… add a mask and it's quite difficult. 4.Quality of sound is no better than the expensive models he tested!
BUT he decided to purchase after testing for 45 days. He can hear conversations without the continuous “say again” during conversations and in business meetings. He has configured several custom settings that work for him. The app is not bad and quite user friendly. It is really working as a great tool for getting familiar with using an aid….. and it’s excellent value for the $.
Lexie B2 have made a huge impact in my life. When I first received my pair I wore them as I walked the dogs down the road. I never realized before just how many birds were out there, plus I could tell which direction they were chirping from. It’s as if I’m hearing in 3D. Just a wonderful, life changing product.
The quality seems good. They aren't quite as tunable as I had hoped. The app is not the most user friendly. If you are not somewhere with internet access it will not connect to the aids. Why makes no sense to me. And when you are it doesn't remember your info so it takes you selecting your type and then your model..... So there is definitely room for improvement in this area. The support is good they contact you and help you get things set up if you need it. For my first pair I would say they meet my expectations.
I purchased my Lexie B2 about two months ago, and overall have been very pleased with them. (I just have age-related hearing loss, without any "unusual" problems. They work quite well for me. I do wish I could adjust the volume in each ear independently (my left ear is more impaired than my right ear), and the app is kind of frustrating at times. However, they're easy to use, are VERY comfortable, and definitely work for my hearing loss.
Small design, comfortable to wear very user-friendly without support easy setup stylish cannot see easily like the sound natural and the 360 sound or straight ahead adjustments on phone is awesome
I love my Lexie B2 from Bose but my right hearing aid feels like it is going to fall out and does at times. The left one I have no problem with except adjusting the volume, treble , and bass. These hearing aids are a definite improvement over my previous hearing aids which were quite costly even with insurance.
