Amazing performance, and so simple to install and use!! I wish I'd bought these years ago!! The rechargeability is great (no batteries to bother with), and the iphone based control app is easy to install and change.

The mechanism is perfect. I still am expecting a replacement of the #2 wires for the #1 wires which came with the product. I am telling everyone who will listen that Lexie is the one for them.

They are helpful but not perfect. 3 problems: (1) Sometimes the app doesn't connect properly; (2) Directionality doesn't work, i.e. it makes no difference whether I have all-around or forward sound, or open or closed domes - I still hear everything around me. (3) The sound is raspy, making it unpleasant to listen to music. But in general, I'm not having to ask people to repeat themselves as often.

I am very pleased with the sound quality of the Bose Lexie hearing aids. I love that I can customize the sound using the app on my iphone and save it for future use. I also like how discrete they are. Finally, I have never run out of power even when using them all day and evening.

I would have given a five star review except the hearing aids were not quite powerful enough for my level of hearing loss. The aids were comfortable, easy to set up, affordable and the company reps very helpful. Unfortunately, because they were not able to meet my hearing needs, I had to return them. The return process was easy and the reimbursement was immediate. Should they come up with a hearing aid to meet my needs, I would try it out in a heartbeat.
