The Lexie B2 outperforms my old hearing aids by an order of magnitude! Finally I have control of gain and equalization, not dependent on presets that only met my needs halfway. Well worth the investment at 1/5 the cost of ReSound!

I was fitted with very expensive hearing aids three years ago and needed to get new ones because the batteries were no longer working. I admit I was hesitant to order hearing aids online, but after much research I decided that the Lexie B2 would fit my needs. I absolutely made the right decision. The price is so reasonable, the service is outstanding, and the ease with which I can get help if needed is quick and efficient. The Lexie personnel are knowledgable, polite, and ready to help no matter how long it takes. The followup to ensure I am satisfied and have no problems is amazing. I can comfortably recommend the Lexie B2 to others who are looking for a great hearing aid at an affordable price.

The Lexie B2 hearing aids fit and perform quite well. These being my 3rd set of hearing aids. The 1st set (Sharkey) were way more expensive, and the 2nd set (Audicus) that were way cheaper. The feel, the fit, and the performance of the Bose Lexie B2 for me is a cut above the rest. With the exception of constantly having to reload the phone app which is frustrating I would have given them a 5-star rating.

You must have patience and time to learn how to properly use them. Not everyone has the same size ears and you should contact Lexie to inquire about the options they have to help you. Don’t give up! They work well and you can hear much better. I would recommend them to anyone who is hard of hearing!
