This is not a good product and exploits the Bose name. Sound is poor and directional feature does not work . Please work with an audiologist for your hearing aids
The Lexie B2’s are comfortable and easy to adjust using the Lexie App on my i-phone. I wear them about9 to 10 hours per day. Finally I can participate in conversations without having to ask people to repeat what they just said. I am very pleased with my Lexie B2.
My first experience with hearing aids and disappointing. The aids were comfortable and improved my hearing, but the app was a disaster. I could not easily change settings when I was away from home, even with extensive support from the Lexie team. I exchanged them for Lexie Lumens which are working much better.
I. Have worn Oticon hearing aids for 10 years. When they no longer worked, I sought a less expensive way to accommodate my moderate hearing loss. A friend had recently bought Lexie and was pleased. They have solved my need from the day I first wore them and continue to do so
I love the ability to customize settings in various listening situations. If you call for assistance and something you are told does not seem correct based on the handbook please call again or ask to talk to someone else.
They took a little getting used to as all technology does but I soon got the hang of it after awhile. The price is good and customer support is excellent. They are there when you need them. And I needed them. 😂
