This is an excellent product so far. I am impressed with the quality and feel of the physical product. Quite honestly my friends did not notice I was wearing hearing aids until I brought it to their attention, because they were hidden by my hair. You do have to get used to having them on, having something in your ears (my reading glasses make a little swoosh sound when I put them on). Also don't forget to take them off when you get in the pool (oops! but I stopped and took them out just in time!). I like the app, it is simple and easy to use, works great with the devices. Honestly I don't wear them all the time, but I make a point of wearing them if I am going to be in a social environment, especially if it is like a noisy restaurant for example. They really have helped me hear better and communicate better, and being able to make the payments helps me afford them. In my humble opinion they are worth it.
