Tv ✔️’s a lot boxes for premium television sets. As the owner of a 77 inch g1 I appreciate the upgrades in the frame being changed to a flat box to hug the wall better as opposed to the g1 bezel. There is an improvement to the mounting bracket adding additional anchor points to the tv.
The bracket has room for improvement. The bracket could stand to be either longer or more box shaped so as to hit more stud in a drywall/2x4 wall. In both installs I had to cut out a large section of drywall and reinforce with 2x4 and on the second install a 2x6. My framing didn’t appear be oddly diminished but in each install the bracket only reached one stud and didn’t appear strong enough to support this hefty tv. That adds in the need for drywall repair and painting. I never want to move these tv.

Bought this when my CX started acting weird. Wow! What an improvement over an already excellent tv. Love the updated OS, and the magic remote (though I wish it was a bit sleeker). Picture quality is amazing! Definite improvements in bright room performance. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I was blown away from the start with how great the picture is. We have a 5 year old LG OLED TV and the new TV's picture is like comparing night and day, even though the 5 year old TV is still great. The SMART TV functions have worked great also. The only downside: the sound quality isn't as good as our other TV ... really need to crank up the volume. Hoped to avoid getting a sound bar but may not be possible.

Picture perfect 4K with cinematic colors. Sometimes I swear I'm in a theater watching a film. Its AI takes care of all the settings so there is no tweaking required by the customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a few months ago and have had problems everyday. I have been on the phone so many times with my internet provider, HULU and LG. My WIFI doesn't stay connected longer than a few hours, sometimes not that long. All my other televisions are good, no problem with them. I have no idea what to do or who to call next. They have brought me out another television, but it's the same problem. It shows great when it's on.
