I really wanted to give this a five star rating I just cannot. The quality of the features and picture is phenomenal. Here is where the problem lies. The TV continued to lose wireless connections and there was no way to fix it unless you unplug the TV and reset everything. Went on YouTube videos and there was also a couple other ways of doing it but they only worked some of the times by changing the country of where you live and then resetting it back. The only fix to the solution was I used an ethernet cable and hardwired it into my Internet because I really did not want to return the TV and go back to Samsung which I’ve never had any issues with. I called LG and here is the other problem. They would not admit to any wireless dropping Internet problems which seems to be a very common theme when you start researching on the Internet. So unless you were prepared to run a direct connection I would not recommend this TV. If you are able to run a direct connection the TV is awesome!
I’ve had my new TV for about 2 weeks now and am loving the picture. I can’t say enough for the TV and LG’s customer service. Fantastic experience. I really struggle with the remote. It does NOT do well controlling my ROKU and does not allow for backing up or fast forwarding cable show from our DVR. There are no fast forward buttons. The voice option is annoying. Randomly while watching a show it will attempt to pick up a voice command and I hear “unable to interpret the voice command” or something to that effect. Would love to see a TV manufacturer partner with someone and offer something similar to the Harmony Elite (no longer in production) as 90% of the time a TV this size (77”) is used with other components in a home theater application and full integration of other components is valuable. Maybe this is my issue in not fully understanding the full capabilities, but the 2 page instruction offers little help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv. I will say that after a few weeks the tv lost all power. We contacted lg support and they sent out repair technician to repair the tv. The tv was repaired within a hour of him showing up. Other then that the tv is awesome. I would definitely recommend. I think we just got unlucky and the tv had a bad power supply.
Picture on the G2 is incredible. My only concern when purchasing was if it would get bright enough for bright room viewing but this concern was quickly dismissed. Only negative is that the WebOS apps run slower than my old Roku stick.
Been using it for a month now. Excellent color uniformity, no DSE! Bright, colorful and quick. Only one issue......My Xbox Series X loses handshake when I exit any game and revert to the Home Screen. LG please resolve this on the next firmware upgrade.
Owned for a month and the display is incredible. Definitely an upgrade from my 10 year old lcd. Amazing for gamers. If you have a ps5 this is the TV to own.
