I've had my mattress for just under a month. When I tell you this is the best investment I have made in years, I am not kidding. The bed is soft to touch but also firm enough to support my joints. I never realized how much I was needing a new bed until I finally received this one. It arrived in about a business week. Really easy to set up. My partner and daughter(7yrs) set it up. They said it took all of 20 minutes and most of that was getting it out of the packaging. Overall I recommend.

I have had this mattress for about 16 months. It used to be perfect but after a year it seemed to lose its firmness and support. Now I am waking up with lower back pain every day. I would not recommend.
