I’m not really in love with the mattress as much as I’d hoped. I thought being a hybrid that it would have some more cushion of a feel but it is extremely firm. I’m still trying to get used to it so I’m going to be neutral as of now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is too soft. I can't decide if I will be able to get used to it or need to send it back. I wish that there was a hybrid model that was medium or medium firm

Very comfortable from the get go. The extra coils around the perimeter make it so you don’t realize you are sitting on a foam mattress. We’ve paid more for traditional mattress that have been far less comfortable than the Tuft & Needle hybrid. Very happy with this mattress so far.

This is the best mattress we have ever slept on, bar none. In our 53 years together we have had a bunch of beds but this beats them all. After a really bad experience with a nationally known brand that fell apart in 10 months we were hopeful that this one would work. If it didn’t, I was ready to use the money back guarantee. But the comfort is perfect for both of us, not soft but not hard either, just good support. My back issues are gone. My wife’s knee problem has resolved too. The mattress looks exactly like the day it was delivered. No hint of developing valleys where we sleep with a ridge in between. We could not be happier, and the price was about the same as the one that was no good! Awesome. We love this thing.
