Your mattress had a preinstalled gash in it. Not enough for me to return, but you need better quality control.

Husband says it could be a little softer. I like it. Paid for White Glove set-up service. The 3rd party company they used (rural Oregon) had only been instructed to drop off the box and go. Not really their fault. They’d never delivered one before. We ended up watching the You Tubes and figuring it out, but not everyone could move the heavy mattress.

This is a good solid mattress. It’s the right level of firm and it was easy to assemble with no problems.
My only issue is that I am side sleeper and I bought a new mattress hoping that it would stop the issue I have with my arms falling asleep multiple times a night. I still have that issue with this mattress unfortunately but otherwise it’s great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I didn’t expect to feel the rebound of the coils as much as I did. Being a hybrid, we thought it would have the support of the coils but we didn’t think we would notice it because it is supposed to have foam on top of them. So we bought a 3” topper. We are very happy with it now.

Great mattress. Delivered way too early. I ordered on a specific date because I was waiting until the shipping window was just right for my move. I was moving from AZ to OH and had it shipped direct to OH the day I would arrive. It ended up getting there almost a week early and sat outside on a porch through snow and rain and the box ended up popping open and my mattress halfway expanded making it incredibly difficult to get inside and upstairs by myself since my husband was driving cross country and meeting me there later on. I ended up having to take it out completely downstairs and sleep in the living room for a week while I waited for my husband to arrive and help me move it upstairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
