Waking with back and hip pain

I was so excited to get this mattress based on the reviews. To be completely transparent, I was unable to open the mattress for 5 months after receiving it, due to a toxicity issue in my past home which was discovered after ordering. I have slept in this mattress with a box spring for under a month now and have woken up feeling untested and in terrible pain every morning. I’m so disappointed in the product despite doing over a month of research prior to ordering and going to the showroom to test the product which seemed firmer in the showroom. I’m a petite female so weight is not a factor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To start, the mattress was delivered to the wrong address and just left at the bottom of the stairs of the neighbor's house.
That said, even boxed this thing is pretty heavy and definitely needs 2 (strong) people to lift.
Once aired out it sleeps very well in any position. I've not noticed any back, neck, or shoulder discomfort since moving to this mattress.

We tried this mattress for over a month now and it is just too firm. It doesn’t feel like there is any foam. I am petite and only weigh 95 pounds however my husband did not like it either. We wanted to love it but will be returning.

It's too soft for me. I loved my queen original T&N mattress, so when I upsized to a king bed I thought I'd try the hybrid mattress. It wasn't for me, but they were great about a refund and letting me know how to proceed to donate the mattress.
