I bought this mattress 6 months. It's heavenly and the first mattress that both my husband and I are equally in love with. And we've tried them all. We bought all the online mattresses, some he loved, some I did, but never the both of us. Finally, we came to this one and it was perfect. It feels very soft when you first enter, but it's actually medium firm in support, so excellent on the coziness and excellent on the support of my hub's back.

I upgraded to the hybrid from an original Tuft and Needle mattress that was about 5 yrs old. I am a side sleeper, and found myself having a hard time getting comfortable some nights. This hybrid mattress is very comfortable with the plush pillow top. I also do stay noticeably cooler, which is great in Arizona. The improved edge support makes a big difference, especially when my dog pushes me off to one side! I will say that it is not nearly as bouncy as I would have liked, but overall, I am pleased with the mattress.

All aspects of the scheduling and delivery were excellent including convenient and helpful text communications. The hybrid mattress is superb - a perfect blend of softness and support that we look forward to every night. Also, we called customer service several times during the very busy month before Christmas with questions about the mattress and the veteran's discount, and each time a person answered the call immediately and was so courteous, kind and helpful. Everything we experienced with Tuft & Needle was wonderful.
