So far, it's very very firm. To firm. Theres almost no bounce, I'm not really sure this is as advertised, and it certainly isn't a good fit for side sleepers. My wife is less than 120lbs and has not been enjoying it, and while it has been so so for me, I am having doubts about it long term.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s soft and supple on top with firm support below. Super restful first night sleep. The mattress weighs a lot so make sure to have your best team of workers to get it in place. The wrapping provides excellent protection and rolls right off with a good tug. The off gassing is minimal as is the time for the mattress to relax into its perfect shape for use.
