Product was shipped fast, packaging was a bit beat up, but that was expected and did not effect the quality of product. Taking bed out was easy and I did it alone without much of a struggle. Would suggest waiting till the next morning after receiving it so you have a full day to allow it to expand all day. Had to do an exchange for larger size, customer service was responsive and made it so I literally didn't need to do any work. 10/10 recommend.

We purchased this mattress after being told my friends about this company. We are SO pleased with this hybrid mattress. We are both sleeping so much better and the quality is amazing. The customer service is TOP notch. Highly suggest Tuft and Needle and the hybrid mattress.
