I was very skeptical of buying a mattress in a box however T&N changed my mind. I researched for months all of the "online" mattress companies researching beyond the mattresses and into the companies in each. Based on my research it seemed that T&N had the most consumer friendly return policy which was the reason I finally decided I would be ok with a "mattress in a box."
I'm happy to say I don't need to worry about the return policy because everything about this mattress is amazing. Not a night goes by that I get into bed and almost laugh at the comfort and support. I didn't even understand what support in a mattress meant until I slept on my T&N mattress. I'm sold 100 times over and will spread the T&N word to anyone who asks. The hybrid is an amazing mattress and I'm lucky to have made a great decision to purchase it.

I do not wake up feeling like a truck ran over my body anymore. In fact, I look forward to going to sleep now because I know that this mattress will provide the support that my body needs to recover from the activities from the day before.

I am pretty happy with my new mattress, though am still getting used to it. It is way easier to sleep in, and I go to sleep much easier. It is helping with my insomnia, as well, so I guess it's more than pretty good, since my old mattress was terrible for that. Getting out is a breeze, too, especially for someone with back issues-I can roll right out!
