We love this mattress. We had the original Tuft and Needle mattress and decided to try this one. We are very pleased. It is very comfortable and firm. Not too firm though, just right. I like a softer mattress and my husband likes one very firm. This one suits both are needs. I also don’t bounce around on my side when he is moving in his sleep. Love this.

Extremely firm. Hurt my back. Had to move to my old mattress halfway through the night because I was tossing and turning. Mattress top may help but why am I spending money on a mattress just to get a mattress top?

Customer service with this company is five stars but we went through two separate mattress the hybrid and original and kept neither. They are too firm and feels like sleeping on three inches of cushion foam and then on a hard board.
