Love our hybrid for many months!

Bought last Christmas to replace a big brand pillow top mattress. We shopped all the online mattress sources, and the super popular memory foam mattresses at the furniture stores which were ridiculously expensive. And T&N didnt try to hook us with offers of nonreturnable accessories, which i appreciated. After a glowing review from my nephew, we bought T&N without testing and couldn't be more pleased. We actually are excited to go to bed again! Just the right amount of support for both of us. It's better than memory foam only, imho. Plenty of edge support. Never too hot, and I waited until July to post this review. Delivery was a breeze, our king was like a 20x20x48 inch box or so. Heavy, but no more than another mattress. Pop the bag and watch it expand to a mattress! I noted no real aromas besides a small it but that was gone in a week. None now at all. Highly recommended.

This bed is incredibly comfortable. I love the support that it provides me regardless of where I am positioned on the mattress. Though I often will sleep centered towards the middle of the mattress, I do feel that I am equally as supported if I sleep closer to one side. The mattress has no dip when you roll closer to the edge - I actually feel its more reinforced to prevent you from feeling that you may roll off the side. I sleep on my back or side and I am never uncomfortable with this new hybrid - in either position the mattress contours well to my body.
Out of the box it seems well-built and high quality - hoping it holds up over time. Two things to call out - 1) if you are a warm sleeper and prefer a cooler bed, I would recommend covering this mattress with cooler sheets. The mattress doesn't actively contain heat around your body, but if you are warm and don't have A/C, I can imagine it being a bit too toasty for some sleepers. Perfect if you are a cold sleeper though. 2) Not a huge problem since sheets cover the mattress, but I have noticed some fabric pilling happening on the top of the bed right away. Might be a quality control issue, but a bit disappointing to see so soon.

Both my wife and I sleep hot. This mattress feels really nice. It's great to lie on. Very comfortable. But there are 2 things that i would love changed on this mattress. That it didn't feel so hot (feels like memory foam mattress hot), and that are no handles on the sides. My wife and I move a lot. This mattress is a huge pain to move around. It's heavy, and without handles that makes it SO much more difficult to move around. These are the 2 things I would recommend changing. I don't necessarily know why the mattress is so heavy, but every mattress should come with side handles so I can haul this beast of foam around.
Tl;dr - mattress is hot, heavy, has not handles to move it around
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's just too hard for me. The customer service has been great but I just can't get used to the mattress. I do have the topper on it, but I still wake up sore.

My wife and I were in need of a new bed, thought we would give a “highly rated” bed by Consumer Magazine a try. We thought the Queen Deluxe would be a semi-soft bed but it’s still quite firm for what our preferences are. Now in the midst of corona virus, we’re thinking we’ll be stuck with this firm(er) bed.
