I love this bed, but unfortunately it’s a little too firm for my wife so we may have to return it. I’m a larger human, and my wife is average. Takes a bit to break in, but holds form nicely.

We really liked the quality of this mattress. It was very supportive, had good motion isolation and was comfortable overall. We ended up returning it after 7 weeks because I am an exclusive side sleeper and found it to be too firm. I need more pressure point relief. My husband slept like a baby on this mattress and he is a back sleeper. Customer service was absolutely excellent! The return was super easy and we were able to bless some good friends with an almost new mattress!

This bed is just the right amount of soft and firm. We have had it for 2 months now and there are no dips from where my husband and I sleep. We purchased two different king size mattresses before taking the plunge to buy the tuft and needle hybrid. The first was too hard (all foam) and I might as well have slept on the ground. The second was too soft (springs with a pillow top) and had dips after sleeping on it for two nights. Tuft and Needle is JUST RIGHT! We waited so long to buy tuft and needle because it was more expensive than the first two mattresses, but now we know that you need to invest a little more in order to get a comfortable nights sleep. And they aren’t super expensive compared to most other king size mattresses. We are so happy with our bed and highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

We had been sleeping on a mattress we have had for 5 years. I would wake up so achy and with numbness in my hands, since sleeping on the hybrid mattress I have had some of the best nights sleep. I have had zero issues with my hands feeling numb or back aches! I never thought a mattress could make such a difference!
