Love, love, love it... my husband and I sleep really well on the Hybrid model. My husband loves the fact that the bed keeps him cool ALL NIGHT that he wakes up refreshed. I am so glad that my cousin recommended we give T&F a try as he still loves his original T&F from 6 yrs ago. I highly recommend this bed, plus when you open the vacuum seal, it's so cool to watch the bed come to life. There is no new bed smell which is great.

I got the original Tuft and Needle bed years ago and it is amazing. I recently got the Hybrid and it is even more amazing. I will never go with another brand. The customer service is amazing as well

Great craftsmanship but very firm. Was great for my back pains but my wife hates it. So we added a memory foam topper to it to make it more comfortable with good support.

We have had this mattress for only a couple of months. We expected it to be more robust that it is. For the cost we expected only the best. As of now there is a 'soft' spot on the side of my mattress where I sit before laying down to sleep. Sometimes this could be 10 minutes to an hour. I can feel the dip when sitting or laying down. When I stand up and look you cannot see this with the naked eye. Unfortunately the warranty specifies that in order for the dip to be valid it must have a visual dip of a quarter inch.
It is still a very comfortable mattress. It has only been two months and the warranty is 10 years. Only time will tell. Too soon for a full on review.

Choosing the T&N hybrid mattress amongst the many, many brands was not an easy task. We've now been using the mattress for about two months. My spouse was very comfortable the first night on this mattress, while I was not yet prepared to declare victory. However, after 3-4 nights we are both very happy with the mattress. The upper level of the mattress provides enough cushioning to make for a cozy, cradling experience without sacrificing support. Beneath those upper levels are layers that provide very good support without being too firm.
The mattress weighs a ton so having handles to move the mattress would have been a very big plus. We otherwise have no other complaints and would recommend this mattress for those looking for a mattress that's not too firm and not too soft.
