Our son introduced us to Tuft &Needle. He has the original and a mint. Due to the fact that one half us sits on the side of the bed we opted for the Hybrid. Customer service is a 5⭐️. The zipper on the mattress cover was damaged and we had a replacement within a week. We love this mattress. The only downside is the weight and needed help to replace the cover.

The mattress is comfortable - without the mattress protector. Unfortunately, we are using it so it seriously makes it 50% less comfy. Bummer. You would think for the most expensive mattress they would have figured out a work around. I don't love it, I don't hate it.

Great mattress. I had horrible back pain from our previous mattress. Within a couple of nights sleeping on this mattress it was gone! I haven’t had a better nights sleep in years. Highly recommend this mattress.

My husband has joint issues due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome; with other mattresses he wakes up in pain. This mattress has drastically reduced his pain. It’s supportive with just the right amount of softness. Great for back and front sleepers, pretty good for side sleepers (between the two of us we sleep in all three positions). Also, motion doesn’t transfer between us, so when one of us rolls around the other doesn’t feel it.

My future husband and I decided to get this as our first marriage bed. I like a firm foam bed (I’m a stomach sleeper) and he wanted a softer bed that could last for a while (he’s a side sleeper) . So we looked for a while and decided with this one. I love the bed and it’s a lot more breathable then other foam beds I’ve tried. My future husbands complaint is that it isn’t as soft as he would like and not very breathable, but he still loves sleeping on it!

Spent a lot of time reviewing mattresses and finally decided on the Queen hybrid. I’m not thin and I sleep on my back and side . Was looking for comfort and support and the ability to sit on the edge without sliding off. This did the trick. My back hasn’t felt this good in years
