Turned out to be not as soft as the one in the showroom. We even went back to try it again and agreed ours just wasn't as soft. Customer service tried to help and sent us a 2" foam topper, but it's pretty firm as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have suffered from hip issues for 20+ years and only when I lay on my side. Sadly this bed doesn’t help that problem and honestly I don’t think any bed will solve my sleeping issues due to my hip issues.
But! This bed is pretty awesome and comfortable having it only a few weeks. I do recommend it and I would probably purchase again. Arrived timely. Easy set up.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to price.

I thought the mattress was too firm. I was de t on returning it after a free days. I called customer service. They were so helpful and informative. They convinced me to give it a couple of weeks to let the mattress soften up. I’m glad I did. The mattress has now softened up and is to my liking.

Not as soft as I had hoped it to be. Really heavy as well. Putting sheets on is a chore. GREAT customer service! I added the topper and the softness is better. I I don't recommend the mattress protector. My experience with it was that it wrinkles under the sheets and feels/sounds like plastic crib sheets.

I purchased this mattress based on the reviews and the firmness needed for lower back pain. I wanted to love this, but at this point I don’t. I have been very sore and in new places now. I am a side sleeper and my hips ache as soon as I get in and out of bed now. I have given it time thinking I just needed to adjust to it, but nothing.

I have had the mattress for a month now. I love this mattress!! I am a side sleeper and my hips tend to hurt, but with this matress it is minimal. I own the firmer mattress as well and that one is too hard on my hips, but this one is perfect.
