Nice Natural Gas Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new cooktop looks great in my kitchen. It fairly easy to install with a little help from a friend. It fit in the same granite countertop cutout that my 12 year old cooktop of another brand came out of. I really like the bold look of the tall grates. I'm also very Happy with how powerful it cooks.

Safety and Functionality Concerns - Damaged Knob and Ignition Issues

I purchased The Frigidaire 30" Gas Cooktop and unfortunately, I've encountered a significant safety issue with the stove top knob. The knob appears to be damaged, causing it to turn randomly and posing a potential risk of gas leaks. I'm worried about the possibility of a gas leak due to the malfunctioning knob.Two burners fail to ignite by themselves, requiring an external igniter to start.
The safety issue with the damaged knob is compounded by the fact that two burners do not ignite themselves. This has been an ongoing problem, and it significantly impacts the overall functionality and safety of the appliance.
The cost of a replacement knob is unreasonably high, considering it's a single component.
Customers should not be burdened with excessive costs for essential components like stove knobs.

Great 30” gas cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the cooktop, that’s what first drew me in. The smooth control of the knobs is great. The heavy grates do not move even when sliding a large griddle. The burner size is adequate for any home cooking.
