I love this ice maker! It's so easy to setup and makes ice with ease. The removable ice basket and scoop is are so convenient. I love ice, so this is my new favorite appliance.

A Great Ice Maker

I use this unit to make nugget ice almost every day. I had an older unit of this type that had issues, but NewAir was able to replace it under warranty for me. Customer service staff (especially Elizabeth) was amazing to work with! Love the auto defrost the runs every 2 hours, to keep the unit from freezing up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have only had the product for a few weeks but so far, so good. Ice quality is good - right size, right texture. Machine a bit loud for inside bar but for outside use and in pantry area just fine. Operation easy. Set up easy Quality of unit impressive. Overall very happy with unit.

I love the Nugget Icemaker because it makes a large volume of "Sonic Drive-In" type of ice. I am glad we were given this icemake as a gift. I recommend you buy one if you are not happy with your icemaker in your refridgerator.

The ice is amazing but it's constantly jamming

The ice is great. It's a pretty machine the problem is I only get about a cup of ice and it Jams up, says ice full. I have to babysit it all day
