This machine literally starts to produce ice in less than 10 minutes!! Plug it in, pour some water in and in no time you will have the best nugget ice you've ever had. Talk about convenient this machine fits perfect right next to my bar. Amazing product and highly recommend!

This thing is SO easy to use. Within a couple hours or so of filling it with water and plugging it in I had tons of little chewable ice nuggets ready to go. The little drainage tubes make cleanup easier than other gadgets I have as well.

We purchased this machine for our office. It works great! Everyone loves the ice and we are pleased with the machine. Only critique would be that the power button doesn't always turn the machine off and I end up unplugging it to have it shut down. The machine is easy to clean and drain any excess water. We have had this ice maker for about 3 weeks. I will probably get one (or a smaller version) for my home.

The best kind of ice!

First off, I must say Newair's customer service is top notch. I had an issue with my ice maker being damaged in transit (not their fault) and they were extremely fast to get a replacement sent out and very kind and apologetic in their response when I reached out. As for the actual ice maker, it is a kind of loud, BUT that is due to how the nugget ice is made. It's not like a standard cube so that's to be expected. It makes ice pretty quickly and the ice lasts a good while once fill with the lid closed. The ice itself is awesome, just like Sonic or any other restaurant that uses nugget ice, super crunchy. Overall I'm quite happy with my ice maker and use it everyday. Don't even use the ice from my fridge anymore. Makes for a great cocktail as well!
