works well but parts fell off - Poor Quality and Failed Repair

I purchased this item in November of 2025. I have had recurring Build Quality Issues where parts detach shortly after purchase. Though it is attractive and functions well, the parts remain unattached and broken with no resolution in sight. I continue to contact without further initial response. Very frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
