Not working properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge works good but the freezer turns off or does a whirring sound and my food constantly defrost or melts and then freeze's again

We recommend revisiting your appliance’s initial installation on page 7 of your model’s Use and Care Guide. If your refrigerator is not leveled during installation, the doors may be misaligned and not close or seal properly, causing cooling, frost, or moisture problems. We understand some of your stored items are freezing in the refrigerator section, and we wanted to try to help with this! First, ensure nothing is stopping the door from closing completely, check that the door is level, and that the rubber gasket is making a good seal. If there is any air leak, it may be causing moisture and frost to form. From there, locate the vents inside the refrigerator to make sure nothing is blocking them or restricting the air circulation as this could cause cold spots and frozen items.
