Affordable everyday use refridgrator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using Frigidaire for the past 25 years and just purchased another one recently. Past 25 years, the older model has worked flawlessly without any hiccups. This new model is just like the old one, however, the opening grip is a new feature that I liked to avoid protruding outward when you have little kids running around the tiny kitchen space. The interior space and shelving design also feels more spacious and adjustable. We will keep watching energy consumption as time will tell.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator cools fine but is very noisy, probably about 3X louder than our old one. We need to play music to drown out the sound which is like an airplane.

Have to replace already

It's a very nice refrigerator. Unfortunately it only lasted for 5 or 6 years. Now I have to replace it.Really sad. Its a very nice appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice and cold but the shelves on the door could be made better with a thicker material as these seems like they'll eventually break. The same goes for the bottom two drawers as they seem a bit flimsy. Other than that it's pretty quite.
But I wish it would come with some type of charcoal filter you can install on the inside of the bottom and top compartments as when food has been left in there for too long the fridge will get a horrible smell. I took care of this buy putting some bbq charcoal in the freezer and in the refrigerator to keep smells at bay.
